Default Is 37.2 a high temperature?

I'm about 6-7 weeks pg and have a terrible head-cold.

I've taken my temp and it's come in at 37.2.. Should I be concerned?

Not at all. A very normal temp.

Anything over 37.5 is considered a temp in a child. Generally for adults I would consider having a temp if it was 38 or above.

My ob recommended taking panadol if you get a high temp to bring it down.

    I wouldn't consider that a temperature.

If you have a head cold though, my suggestion is as much water as you can handle, garlic tablets and echinacea tablets - possibly also a nasal spray.
