    Default Heels and Grass!

Mods, sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Has anyone tried anything to stop heels from sinking into the grass? Im a bridesmaid this weekend and have to wear heels that uncomfortable as it is and just found out the ceremony has been moved from the courtyard to the lawn! Im also 33 weeks pregnant with twins, not a good time to have a risky shoe situation!

I saw you can get things to go on the heel to stop sinking....wondering how these work?

My sister bought these for The Melbourne Cup last year and said they worked!

You can get clear plug things to slip onto the spike of your heel that stop it. Try a shoe store, Myers shoe department

Oh, I like the look of those. I'll have a look around tomorrow and see what I can find.

I'm awful in heels at the best of times and these are super uncomfy. I'm hoping the grass is better than the cobblestone courtyard anyway...if I don't sink.
