    Default Labour & Birth/Delivery Playlist

    Hi Everyone,

I'm not sure if this has been asked here at BH before ( I can't find a thread about it, but if there is, kindly point me to the thread please But did you (or did you get a chance to) listen to some music while in labour and while giving birth? I have read that this helps. If you have, would you mind sharing the songs you listened to? Are they your favourite songs or are they specific relaxing ones like yoga music, classical music, Enya etc?

    Any suggestions would be appreciated

I put the entire Foo Fighters catalogue onto my ipod and had it going the entire time. I couldn't say if it helped or not but my doctor loved it
