My DD was exactly like this. It was not till I had DS that I started thinking things were not quite right. Her poo was never formed. It was always very soft and frequent . At 3.5 y I suspected lactose issues for a few other reasons ( bloated tummy, tummy pain) so cut it out for 3days and noticed a big difference. I took her to the Dr who then told me. Oh we tested her last time and she is lactose intolerant. Well last time was 3 years before!!!! At that stage she was 6m and had an acute 3 week episode of green - spinach green -diarrhea that gave her nappy rash that scarred her for a year. The acute episode cleared up and they never recalled me. Anyway....maybe cutout lactose for a few days?
I didn't read all posts but if you're breastfeeding then cut it out of your diet.
