I use this as well, and it seems to be the cheaper option then some of the ones out there. It works well and didn't make me sick at all.

    Default Prenatal vitamins

I found that taking my vitamins half way through dinner helped. So they are surrounded by food. Maybe give that a go.

Hey sorry about the late response, no that don't make me feel sick but they do make me blocked up sometimes!! but i think that was just because i fell pregnant that month!! sadly lost the baby. back on them again now but ive been trying to break it up rather then take both at the same time. so take one in the morning and one at night

    Hi all,

i worked in pharmacy & have the following info:
take any pregnancy supplement so long has you have at least 750 to 1000 of folic acid. If u tend to get blocked up that's the iron. Bio ceuticals in natal iron free is the best one I have ever come across. However I do topup with extra frolic acid. This brand is expensive but very well researched & they use the best ingredients. I wouldn't take one with fish oil in it as its a waste. You need to take a separate supplement to get the benefit from it otherwise it sub therapeutic.
    good luck
