    I'm so sorry for your loss, I'm sorry that you were treated so demeaningly, and I'm sorry that you were given no respect. Most of all I'm sorry that your little baby died. I hope someone is able to hold you while you grieve.

    thankyou lovely ladies for your kind words i have written up a 2 page very detailed complaint, along with my sister ( who was there everytime) and my mum who have also written complaints.unfortunately i dont think i will get much of response as i think yes we are all just numbers to them.although them receiving my complaint will make me feel much better.sharing my story has made me feel much better also.so thankyou.xxx

    I am very sorry for your loss but I urge you to send your letter to the hospitals patient representative. The lack of functioning equipment and training of staff is negligent!
    Eta-ask for an incident to be lodged for further investigation. These help by working out where it went wrong and what can be done to prevent it from happening again.

    unfortunately there are medical so called professionals like this everywhere. There is no reason to treat anyone the way you were treated. Good on you for making your complaint!! You deserve better than that

    I'm so sorry for your loss and I think you have chosen a beautiful way to remember and cope with the loss of your baby.

    I would make a formal complaint to the hospital and although it won't change the way you were treated, it may prevent somebody else from having to go through the same thing. X
