    Default What helped your MS?

    Fruit tingles! I read they were good for MS somewhere and they worked. Helped me with the nausea!

    I took Blackmore's Morning Sickness tabs (B6 & ginger) and had Fruit Tingles when I started feeling nauseated while at work. They were my wonder 'food' during the first trimester!! I ate lots of carbs, was the only thing I could manage to keep down.

    Default What helped your MS?

    This time around, the only thing helpin my morning sickness is having small, frequent meals throughout the day. If I find myself going hungry, the nausea really kicks in.
