    Gp has just given me maxalon. First one made me want to vomit but it did pass. Made me very tired though. She also saud to try something sweet before you get out of bed like jelly beans or lolly snakes.

    Maxalon made me soooo drowsy I had trouble getting through work.

    Default What helped your MS?

    Maxalon helped me but it made my sleeping go all out of wack so I was given Zofran. What a god send. I don't need it every day any more but at my worst it really helped me get food down again.

    I also found dry plain two minute noodles helped me settle my stomach. Not too much though. Also lemonade or a little bit of coke when I'm uneasy.

    Eating lots of high fat foods (butter etc) helped my ms.

    Lots of Vitamin k - I ate baby spinach, kale or rocket for morning tea! The days I didn't I swear I felt horrible !

    Thanks everyone, I'll have to give them all a go. I hadn't thought about going to the doc to get medication but I might consider it soon. The thought of any food makes me feel ill, even looking at it lol!

    Also try banana milk - I hate milk but it worked wonders for a few days

    I was lucky not to experience morning sickness during either pregnancy
    During the early days of my first pregnancy I had a few off days is all and found ginger beer beneficial. I did eat very small meals and ate every 2 hours, if I didn't I would feel a little queasy. Particularly apples and crackers.

    I too found Salt and Vinegar chips and apple juice made a big difference.
