Sl dont know if there is much you can do but really look after yourself and maybe try getting a supply of stored breast milk incase you do get sick and need antibiotics.

Gampa, brewers yeast helps with supply, a nice guiness will help and might help you relax :-)

I am by no means advocating 'drinking' alcohol while bf, however one won't hurt - it may even help. they used to give you the option of ordering a beer at dinner time on the hospital menu postpartum! It's changed in my hospital now though, but was available when I had DD 1

The world health organization advises against any fluids other than milk for first 6 months of life and specifically mentions not giving water but I've forgotten why. There are new infant feeding guidelines out if you google

I used the brown sugar in boiled water 1/2 tsp to 20ml I think it was. And seriously it worked. I only ever had to use it twice and now verity is good no constipation and hardly any stuck wind. As for milk supply natural thing is fenugreek just get it from the vitamin section at the chemist.
