Has anyone been feeling flat since delivery? If so did it pass
I feel a little flat, think its the crazy change of life, whilst I love been a mum and Ivy I love my old life too...and for the first few weeks I'm sure it's gonna be kinda crazy with the newborn. I have my moments, I think it's normal to feel a but out if sort.
A little flat is normal there has been a huge change especially with all those crazy hormones. Pls if it gets worse speak with someone post natal depression is not something to be ashamed of and is not something you want to deal with alone.
