    No official complaint.. They took it very seriously and I'm happy with how they handled it.
    I just wish it hadn't happened at all - apparently it happens about once every 2 years.. Very rare.
    I'm just very unlucky I guess

    Oh Adden that really does suck...I'm glad they handled it well, but man that is some pretty bad luck.

    It's Friday which means only one week to go for us max...woo hoo!! In less exciting news it's going to be above 30 degrees in Melbourne until next Thursday...would normally love that but not right now - too hot!!

    Very inconvenient for my post partum tummy stocking thingy and morning pram settling march round the block
