    Default Symptoms of NK cells?

    Hi there,
i was hoping someone may be able to answer my question....I apologise if this has been discussed elsewhere.

Other then miscarriage or implantation failure, are there any other symptoms that you can have if you have high NK cells? I guess I'm still trying to wrap my head around the fact I have been off the pill for three years, cycle regularly, no endo, tubes wide open, No issue with DH, 4 IUIs and never a single BFP (or in other words "unexplained infertility").

my FS always said IVF would work for us, but I'm not so sure....if you have high NK, did you have any "clues" that lead your FS to test, or did you have to make the effort yourself and push your doctor to look into it further? I'm thinking things like - a good immune system/rarely get sick (me!!!), hives/itchy after BD....etc.

thanks for your help in advance!

    Default Symptoms of NK cells?

I have high NK cells and it was due to implantation failure of a good looking embryo (ivf) that my FS decided to test for it. There weren't any obvious clues but coincidentally I rarely get sick either.

There are some great threads on here about NK cells. I would certainly recommend getting tested for that and the many other things that can cause implantation failure.

Thanks for that! I will have a read. I've been doing research and can't seem to find anything conclusive. It was never mentioned to me by my doctor. I'll check out some of the other threads.
    All the best to you.

Hey there, I was just reading this post about symptoms of high NK cells. I'm wondering if its true where you said a symptom of it can be hives/itchy after BD? Can itchiness after BD be a sign? Are there any other symptoms apart from rarely getting sick? How did u go getting tests chai?

Implantation failure can mean that you never get a bfp - a lot of the ladies on the other thread are in that situation. If you read the first nk cells thread a lot of people discuss their issues in there. Feel free to ask questions on the thread, the ladies are lovely
