Maybe we can inspire eachother with pics of the yummy and healthy meals we are eating
I just wanted to show you the meal I made last night for DH- he's a vegetarian so I have to substitute the meat in his meals for what we refer to as "fake" meat
This is a bowl of spaghetti and "meatballs" using a product we love called Quorn, (made mostly from a type of mushroom).. they have fake everything! Fake chicken, sausages, fake burgers, pies, mince... and I swear you wouldn't be able to tell the difference between these meatballs and real ones.
And here's what I had for breakfast today- plain but good!
2 boiled eggs on wholemeal toast with avocado.
