I used to like her style when she was on changing rooms all those years ago, but what she does now, is, well lets face it, cr@p.

OMG!! I love this thread already! My mum, sister and I call her 'The Craft Strumpet' and only watch bh&gs to take the (for want of a better word) mickey!

Having said that I have made one of her ideas - at christmas she tied strips of material around a rounded coat hanger to make a wreath...I am ashamed but it's also quite pretty!

    Bahaha, great thread!

Whenever her name is mentioned on TV, my DH always says "isn't she that chick who tied the shoelaces around the lampshades?"

I think they were actually thin leather straps, but shoelaces are close enough!

Dear me her inventions are so very tragic! The cheese grater earring holder had me cringing! Will she never run out of tacky ideas?!

I posted about the grater earring holder on fb last night. All fun and games kids can play dressup and then go for a trip to emergency.

DP and I do a lot of timber work so cringe every time she has to paint everything!

Once she spray painted thongs and stuck them to a canvas - instant 'beachy' artwork I think she even suggested searching your local beach for lost thongs or maybe I imagined that?

I think I nearly wet myself!

When I saw the thread title I thought surely people don't actually like Tara's creations (can I call them that?)

In my house we call her Tara Menace.

Imagine a house full of the stuff she makes..... I'm having a panic attack just thinking about it!

My sister always talks about this episode, how she carefully places all the different coloured thongs.... Then spray paints them all the SAME colour.... I get tears in my eyes laughing so hard... Oh dear!
