Only just back online. We were without power for about 12hours. Luckily we didn't have any trees come down like we did last year....

Funny how storms hit and miss places. We had horrendous winds Tues night too. I was awake at 2am thinking the house must be about to lift off.

We were lucky here too. Actually all out leaves from our massive liquid amber tree that was fitting in our front yard ready to be cleaned up on the weekend have all blown everywhere around the neighbourhood lol (can't see them so goodness knows where they went!!)

I think they always give us severe weather warnings now after that hail storm in march 2010 (that we didnt get much heads up). That when I had a waterfall through my upstairs light coming into my house entrance. Yeh that was fun.... Not!!!

We flew out of Perth 2 hours before the big 2010 storm, hubby has an insurance arm to his business ... great time to be in Bali! I would have put my car in the street if I had known what was coming, all the neighbours' cars were totalled!

Lost power for 12 hours yesterday, but all fine now. Note to self - charge the ipads and dvd players if there's a storm coming.
