I think I've lost my appetite. I'm really surprised, actually, that I haven't had any cravings for junk food or alcohol either! I guess my body is becoming accustomed to healthy food? Oh well, I'm not complaining!
The amount of food I'm eating has gone down as my appetite strangely diminishes.
Today so far I have not eaten much- still don't know what I'm making for dinner, either.
Breakfast- nothing. I was hit from behind while sitting stationary at a boomgate waiting for a train to pass this morning after taking DS to school, so the stress of having to deal with that zapped what little appetite I had.
Lunch- leftover soup from last night's dinner.
oh and I shared a bottle of Big M chocolate and hazelnut milk with DH- new flavour, so yummy!
Back later to hopefully update with a nice dinner.
Update, dinner: fish, vegies and small serve mash potato.
