Well it's the end of day one and here's what I ate:
(Keeping in mind that the only meal I put any thought into was dinner; I was unprepared earlier because I only saw this whole bootcamp thread last night.)
So it's not that great, but not terrible.. just not very nutritious!
Breakfast- an Up n Go in the car on the way to dropping DS off at school.
Mid morning- Can of sugarfree Mother energy drink
Lunch- 3 steamed DimSims
Arvo snack- 1 plum, 1 glass soda water and lemon juice
Dinner- whole meal pasta spag bol with extra lean beef mince, 1 glass Pepsi max
Oh yeah, and another Up n Go after dinner.
Needs much improvement. Tomorrow will be better
