I'm so over the merry go round...
I seem to love these threads and go well for a bit and then lose my focus again. I have been hovering between 61-63kg for months and months! I did get down to 59kg at one point a couple of months ago and started to feel more comfortable in my own skin, so I know I can do this!
My ideal weight is 55kg but at the moment I'd be happy to be 59kg and then stoked with 57kg. So the ultimate goal is 55kg.
I took my measurements first thing this morning but I forgot to weigh myself - I like to do it when I get up so I'll post this tomorrow.
Here they are:
Waist - 80cm
Hips - 99cm
Bust - 98.5cm
Right leg - 60.5cm
Left leg - 59.5cm
Right arm - 32cm
Left arm - 30.5cm
Weight - 61kg
I tend to carry weight around my middle - I think I'm an apple shape but I also have a bit on my arms.
My plan is to do yoga 2-3 times a week and walking. For me I know the key to losing weight is what I eat. To give me a jump start I'm cutting all processed carbs including sugar and will be indulging in salads, whole grains and protein based meals. Snack will be nuts, dried fruit and fresh fruit. I will also stop eating after dinner.
