On two occasions when DS1 was an infant I have driven half way to school when one of the girls has said "Mum we've left the baby at home" and gone screaming home in a panic to find him gooing in the cot waiting for me

When we were in Thailand, in the middle of nowhere in a beach hut with DS who was 9 months, we got dinner from the little place across the road. I told DP to be careful not to give DS any of *those noodles* because they had peanuts through them and he hadn't had peanuts yet. DP gave me this look and then pointed at DS. He was happily munching on the satay chicken I had just given him. FAIL!

Heading to mums house for dinner on a Tuesday (feeling like it's a Wednesday already) to find I have the day wrong again and I need to drive all the way home and cook myself grrr!

Oh and leaving for work early to go to the supermarket to get lunch stuff/materials for the say but so on autopilot just continue on to work and not realizing it until too late!

    Massive fail....

DD has a crush on a boy with a rat's tail. I think that's a pretty significant parenting fail...

Up until 2 weeks ago, my son had a rats tail (much to my disgust).

My son has a bad, bad mullet but he has the most beautiful baby curls and I just know they won't grow back like that if they are cut
