Gives me a bit of light at the end of the tunnel. Dies anyone know if it means anything if ur bbs don't hurt? Last two times they were killing me, this time I feel normal but with a killer headache for 5 days

i have no sore boobs, no nausea, NOTHING. If you have a headache get as much water in to you as possible. Dehydration is so common in the early stages.

My bb's were KILLING me (and I mean KILLING me) the first time I fell pregnant and that ended in mc. This time around they didn't hurt at all which made me wonder if everything was ok but it obivously was

My boobs aren't sore either. Nipples were but now only if I poke them.
Maybe our bodies get used to the hormones and doesn't react as badly? I only really have occasional nausea now (6w6d)
