    What day was your transfer?

Lots of morulas become babies, and lots of fragmented embryos become babies too.

    Good luck Ivfforbaby.

2013 - so sorry to hear you think it might be bad news. I hope it's not xx

    Unhappy Advice / Reassurance please

    Hi everyone,

I really need some advice / help. Our first Fresh Cycle for baby number 2 started in December and resulted in a week in hospital after severe internal bleeding. Luckily we did get 4 embryos from it and went to start a FET 20 days ago. I have not been responding well, oestrogen is not rising, currently day 20, oestrogen around 100. Scans are showing beautiful follicles and lining is 12+. I had one last bt this thursday before they were going to abandon the cycle...then today I started bleeding.
I am devastated after speaking with the FC They are very confused about my levels and talking about being left with only HRT for next cycle.
We conceived my 2 yr old daughter through IVF in 2010, this involved 1 fresh cycle and 2 FET, all went rather smoothly.

Can someone please reassure me of HRT cycles, IVF is not at all new to us but this new concept is and I am feeling like a fish out of water once again!!

Beanie87... yes, I've been told and read before that you mustn't overheat during the 2WW, and yes, that means no playing in the bedroom (if you get my gist!!).

Getting my eggs collected tomorrow morning!
I have 11 follicles so fingers crossed we get a blastocyst this time? We are doing PICSI so hopefully this improves our chances? No idea if it will make any difference to our previous attempts.
Good luck everyone on the 2ww, waiting for ET and waiting for egg collection

Hi STC 76, I had a hcg level of 20 and the clinic classified it as a pregnancy... it did not progress from there but they told me main thing is that the levels double in the time frame they are meant to (I think 2 days) & not what the actual starting point is- so fingers crossed! Hope this helps.
