I'm leaning towards doing some IUIs now to see how we go with that, because our issue was MFI and we are now completely onto donor sperm. But the sperm takes money and time to get, so...yeah. Maybe too soon to be trying to make these decisions.

Thanks for the input on EPU recovery. It took me a while longer than I / the clinic thought to recover from a lap/hys last year, and FN isn't concerned that I am still a bit sore. I think I must heal slowly, or perhaps it was the hcG. I got a bit of cramping around implantation and the following week so that might be contributing.
    Sorry to be reading this...

Hi Ladies, just popping in to let you know EPU was today at 230pm, still a little sore & groggy but I got 14 eggs! I'm happy with that result & look forward to tomorrow's call, though nervous too... I really wanted a much better fertilization then I got when I was with MIVF.
    Will keep you posted

is on Friday. Got a call afternoon for BT result my E2 level is quite high.
FS decided all egg will be frozen this cycle otherwise I could get OHSS.
I was bit shocked but this is best way. Plus my EPU on Wednesday now.
I had to go back to clinic to get a trigger and just did 11pm tonight!

It was like roller coaster today and bit of overwhelmed.
Now exciting to come on Wednesday
It's probably for the best. I had mild OHSS on the last cycle & it wasn't nice I ended up in emergency & I was hating how sick I was...

Your body will be in optimum health by then 😊 good luck

Marttc- that's great news! Fingers crossed you get just as good news today! Which clinic are you at now? I'm at monash...

In other news, did another HPT this morn... Still a BFP but lighter than yesterday's.... Does this spell doom and gloom???

Deb - BT today? Sending you hugs... X

Don't worry about a "freeze all" cycle. I have actually heard that many clinics are now doing this a the preferred way of transfer. It lets your body recover from all the meds and gives you the best possible chance of success.

I was speaking to my FS as i was really worried about ectopic pregnancy and she said that there is a much greater risk with fresh cycles. You virtually never see it with frozen cycles. Given I know 2 girls who lost tubes and 1 who lost tube and ovary due to ectopic on fresh cycles (all now have beautiful IVF babies so it's not all doom and gloom) I think I will be opting for a freeze all if I have to stim again.

Thanks Monamona - just hoped too hard that we'd be one of the lucky ones to get preggers first try! My poor DH fell to pieces this morning... first time I've seen him cry. Made me so much sadder!

I spoke with my nurse this morning and sent her the pic - she was also hoping it'd get darker. We've moved my BT to tomorrow morning.... but it's not looking good.
