He ladies, sorry for my quick reply last night! I tried lite 'n easy last year for a couple of months, I lost a few kilos but then started cheating and eating other stuff too - really didn't help me lose any weight!! Ha ha! I lost 20kg (and kept most of it off) with weight watchers about 10 years ago, so I know I can do it, just not very good at doing it! Good luck Funchu, Disney and Poh, I really hope you get your BFPs FX for a better cycle MummaK x Enjoy your weekend everyone, especially with your Dad Cantwait

People have been giving me hope though that they didnt test positive until up to a week after missing AF. I think I wont be nice to be around tomorrow if AF comes. I travel a bit for my job and my cycle wont match me being home again with hubby until May . Hope there are some very happy ppl this month after reading the last few pages of posts!
Welcome poh!!! What's you've ttc story? Would you like to be added to our roll call ?

    Hello everyone!

Nomie your girl is stunning! I used to have a kelpie/border collie that was similar to yours, but more rugged looking! Everyones fur babies are very cute, and seem to suit the personalities I am seeing emerging. Love getting to know you all!

we don't have any furry pets at the moment. Just Penny the python. We are however in the process of making a pen and getting some chickens! We also have two cats from next door that spend all day at our house while our neighbour is away. DS loves them! So we let them have the front veranda, and sho them from the back. But they poop all in my flower gardens, so now they are getting weedy because Its not inviting to be weeding and stick your hand into a cat poo. Also starting to worry about Toxoplasmosis. I am going to ask for a blood test to check if I have had it next pregnancy. I didn't even touch cats when I was pregnant last time. I didn't grow up with them as a kid, we just had my dog and the chooks.

Nomie I freak out all the time but in a very excited way! Just a cupple of months to get through, Even if we had been TTc this month I don't think we would have concieved, DS has been sick and unsettled and not sleeping this week right when O would have been. I hope that dosen't happen too much when we are TTC.

I would love to do lite and easy! It sounds awesome. Especially the weight loss bit!

Munchkin, lets go for a run today!

Well that was an awesome night out, would upload a few photos if the computer would let me being so stupid at the moment on here. Everyone was in costume whether being Big fat gypsy or old school gypsy. We went to our live nude male art class and also had a nude butler with a half apron across his very buff, hair free front that was the one surprise I knew nothing about. Tea was funny in a nice classy restaurant with us all in costume no less, got a few laughs getting taxies, will be glad my real dress will not be in a taxie seat as I had so many layers they were hard to get in the door as was my massive crown I purchased off a pageant web site.
The night ended with having a glass thrown at my neck but luckily it didn't break and 2 girls were knocked over on the ground then so we hot footed it out of the club. ONly 4 more Saturdays now till wedding was hoping to be real healthy now till then but have brother in laws 30th next week and close friends 30th the week before wedding, can't miss that as she is our violinist at the wedding. Shakes in the week I think up till weekend and no more alcohol till wedding lol.

Hope everyone else has had a good Saturday and Sunday so far.

Wobbler- why on earth did someone throw a glass at your neck???? I hope everyone is ok!!

Trio, I was naughty. Only just got out of bed now and I'm starving. It's already 31 degrees so I just told DH I MUST go out for a run... So I promise I will go out tonight. PROMISE!!! :-)

We have a violence thing in Newcastle that never used to be there but now is, they only use plastic glasses now later in the night but I know that wasn't plastic it was the brunt of glass so must of been from someone who'd been there a few hours before they swap over. Could see things would only get worse and I didn't want anyone injured and I wanted nothing else aimed at us. Had had a good 2 hrs dancing before that point. Didn't think would be in bed at 1130 but was a great night all the same

Welcome poh!!! What's you've ttc story? Would you like to be added to our roll call ?[/QUOTE]

Well AF came yesterday so back to it again this month!...I'm sure hubby doesnt see the downside of it as much as I do haha. Yes I would like to get added to the roll call...I think? What does this mean...Is it like subscribing to the thread?
My ttc story is a lil dull but stressful...meant to start ttc last year however ended up with a bullying and discrimination case with my old work when they found out I was ttc. My previous work had me travelling a lot (much more than what I am currently doing), I was travelling to very remote Indigenous communities by myself and when I asked if there was a way I could do my job a bit more safetly when pregnant I started to get bullied from management. I think they were really scared of having to keep me onboard if I took maternity leave etc. That stress is still ongoing somewhat this year and I think may be contributing to my delayed ovulation dates...this cycle my Luteal phase was only 11 days. Trying to relax a bit more about the whole thing. Other part of it is that we live quite remote ourselves, nearest delivery ward is 14hrs drive or 2hrs flight away. Thought this would be a good place to share what we're going through, keep me sane
As far as the prior posts to do with weight loss...I do happen to have a masters in clinical nutrition...so if anyone has questions whilst on weight loss journeys, I'm happy to give the odd tip

Pho - our roll call is a list of all of us who are ttc and then those of us that have graduated to pregnancy! You can click here to check it out...your story sounds extremely stressful!! God that's terrible your management are being so horrible! The questions you had about your health and safety we're totally legitimate. Where abouts are you to be so far away from the nearest delivery ward? Also fire away with the odd tip of weight loss!! More so how to keep it off, I'm a serial yo yo dieter!

Wobbler - it sounds like a night to remember!! So glad to hear you had a brilliant night!! Where did you go for dinner? What's your dh doing for his bucks? I swore off alcohol for a month before we got married and it helped shed the last little bit of weight and my skin looked amazing, so you on to a good thing there.

Munchkin - how nice are Sunday morning sleep in's! Have fun jogging this afternoon, we are waiting for a report on how you went - you too Nomie & Trio how is your jogging going??

Trio - lol penny the python! That's a great name!! Oh I wish I had chickens! We bought my dad some for his farm but its not the same as having your own. Does ds like penny or is his scared?

Funchu - have you taken a sneaky test yet or are you staying strong?

Afm - I've had a lazy Sunday, I haven't seen sleeping well over the last three nights I've been like 5 million degrees when I'm sleeping which is so weird and its starting to drive me crazy! I've also been having the weirdest dreams. I watched The Impossible this morning, what a good by stressful and sad movie!!!! I cried so much!! What's everyone's week looking like? Busy?

It was an awesome night, we just had dinner at the Crown Plaza in Newcastle. Boys had their weekend in Feb down in Sydney I believe they did a lot of drinking over 2 and a bit days,he said noone was even willing to pay for a stripper for him awww I had 2 lol was only expecting the 1. So much better then what I will see tomorrow at work. Had kept it all quiet and we went to see my nan this afternoon and she told him I'd seen male strippers shock horror nan was meant to keep that secret and not laugh about it lol
