    Hi Kenta

Really hope you had a good fert rate. In terms of the pregnyl - for eg. when I had EPU on Fri then the first shot was on Sun, 2nd Wed and 3rd Sat. The cycle after that EPU Fri, 1st shot Sat, 2nd Tue and 3rd Fri.

A tip about breaking the tip of the ampoule - I pulled out the plunger from an used clean syringe, insert the ampoule neck in the syringe and then using my thumb pushed and broke the neck - so I didnt have any little nicks. Just make sure there's no liquid in the neck of the ampoule.

Fort - it is so exciting you are going to cycle again but this time with better 50% chance! Did you have to sync your period with your donor, did both of you have to start meds at the same time for your periods to start. Sorry for asking as I am looking into doing a donor cycle myself next month and its pretty hard to coordinate things while Iam in overseas. But I will be speaking with QFG coordinators soon and my FS to gather info! Thanks.

Only 2 fertilised, other 2 eggs immature. Doing day 3 transfer now due to low numbers and no frosties. This is our last chance as decided to have surgery after this cycle.
Thanks Ann for your answer about pregnyl so egg pickup thurs and will do pregnyl sat. Think I might add aspirin and prednisone.

    Good luck Kenta!

AFM I got my period today after days of BFN HPTS. So I'm out. Not exactly sure what the next steps are... I have an appt with a new FS on the 28 July... she's supposed to be more progessive. Not sure if I should do a FET with my current FS in the interim or to just wait and transfer my frozen embryo over. I just want to keep moving so may opt for FET with current FS ...

thanks for all the kind support.

I'm sorry Emski about your news. These decisions get tougher and tougher and harder to answer. What day was your embryo frozen and how many do you have?

Emski - Sorry about your BFN. I guess it depends on how you feel, as in whether you need a break from the drugs or not. Good luck with your decision.

    Have a great weekend everyone.

Emski72..... very sorry to hear about your BFN. July does seem so long away, doesn't it? I'm interested to know what are you reasons for going to a new clinic, apart from the obvious one, that you haven't had a BFP yet!! I'm onto my second clinic now, and am so glad that I made the move (even though I haven't had any success yet either!!).
