kenta... hang in there... I find with cycles like this I spend my 2ww planning my pity party... which certainly helps me cope... and then if I get a surprise its a celebration... but with my embryos so poor the last 3 cycles I have a lot of this is not going to work parties...

emrbyo report was probably the best I have had in 3 cycles....

4cell... grade 3/5 (one they give most people)
    3 cell .. grade 3
    2 cell ...grade 3
    2 cell.. grade 2.. crappy

So looks like hopefully tomorrow I might have a 8 cell rockstar... and maybe a 6 cell which I would be happy with. From all my studies the cell division in the first 24hrs indicates embryo quality.. so lets hope that I at least have a chance...So transfer is tomorrow morning... got acupuncture booked afterwards..... then the 2ww is upon me

Micca... That is great news. You may just have laid the golden egg.Sending you lots of good wishes, thinking of you. How many will you transfer????

AFM...GRRR, sad, scared, lost. After yet ANOTHER double course of Keflex (I only stopped 4 days ago), I have ANOTHER UTI. Am so totally over it and the timing is just ****. This has gone on and on for years and today we have had THE CHAT. No doctor seems to sort it out permanently. The urologist did a dilation about 6 years ago which made no difference. I am heading back to the GP tomorrow. Meanwhile, I have started taking Hyprex. We have our donor contract ready for Sth Africa but there is a part of me that knows that this needs to be resolved permanently and we need answers so basically it doesn't put the brakes on us doing anything. Irrespective of IVF, it is hideous to live with. Had a big cry at the clothesline this arvo.

Micca.... oh, good luck. So hope it works for you.

And, yes I'm on the cancellation list, but yes, after pointless BT tomorrow, I'm going to ring them everyday until I get a consult, even if it's a phone consult. Just want to get on the band wagon again.

emski72 - That is a great AMH level.

Kenta - Not long now....3 more sleeps.

Micca - Good luck tomorrow and then feet up missy.

DJ - Oh hun, how frustrating. Is it worth pushing to get into another specialist? You must be in such discomfort.

Bertie - Way to go....challenge them, keep on at them.

Oh Micca - great results! I hope everything goes wells with development in the next few days. You really do deserve a great outcome.

DJ - sorry to hear you're having other issues - I hope that you can get things sorted before you head off. Was it July for you?

Sunny - glad to see you're getting everything organised, you must be so excited - I'm watching your progress as if it doesn't work for us this time, I think I'll be heading off too later in the year.

Bertie is it worth switching to a new FS in the same centre? That's what I did... not sure if it is an option for you? My first FS was nice but very 'hands off' outside of directly treating me in consults or EPU - ie no phone calls, emails etc. My new one is the opposite she'll ring me and answer my questions and fit me in etc. Is that something you could look at?

AFM - have had a three day migraine - not even on meds yet! Was due to start Synarel today but my cycle delayed 2 weeks so I'm kind of pleased, have been feeling crapola and sure that synarel would have only exacerbated the situation. Long weekend here in Melbs so heading off to a vintage tractor pull tomorrow which should be fun - lots of vintage steam powered tractors out in the country!

Madly trying to lose some weight for my next cycle. Have struggled with my weight all my life (I'm an ex-chef so very food focussed ) and know that this is probably impacting on my fertility - so took the plunge and have undergone hypnosis for weightloss and dare I say it - so far it seems to be going well. Although I have missed my walk today due to the headache, I just couldn't face it - will go tonight with the dogs once it cools down a bit as my migraine medication is beginning to kick in now thankfully.

I hope everyone else is going well that I have missed here - have to start work now!
    Em x

Hi Emski... Yep it is July for us!!!!!

We are not quite as sorted as Sunny but we are getting there:

    Donor Selected: Tick
    Donor Forms signed: Tick

That's it!!!! We were sent an email from CFC which was supposed to have the med list etc but no attachment to the email!!

All testing has been done. I have an appointment with one GP today to get my last lot of results and will email them over and then this arvo I am off to another GP for my UTI.

Passports are being done now as mine has expired and DP and DD have never left the country. We all need immunisations.

    Getting there slowly!!

    MICCA: How's things progressing?????

Micca...Congrats on being PUPO and with such great embies. That is a great result. Watch those dvds and lax out, you totally deserve it. It will be a long 11 days!!!

AFM..Went to 2 GPs. Got a referral to another urologist to try and sort out my recurrent uti issue. Also got a referral to a gynae due to cervical calcification and a 5mm endometrium cyst. My GP was away and the man I saw was not full of answers at all. Do cysts go away? I thought they did. Would it affect implantation?
