My tests were darker in the afternoon.
I only tests after AF was due though so maybe that makes a difference.
The general consensus is that fmu is best though.

If so then it has only been a max of two weeks since o yet the test says 3+ weeks??? Does anyone know why it might do this?

Congrats! The digis work on a very generalised hcg level for what you might be on average for 1-2weeks 3+weeks pregnant etc. it just means you have enough hcg in your urine for it to indicate 3+ it actually has no idea how far along you in reality.

Important word here is 'average' hcg for those brackets of 1-2 weeks etc. there is no normal and all pregnancies are different. Try not to read too much into it. Your scans will confirm due dates more accurately as well as LMP
