    Morning girls

Goldie & Jen no need to apologise for short messages - I'm sure you bubs needs your attention more!!!

Good luck today Lissy - whst time is your scan???

AFM well I'm back in hospital I came back yesterday morning. The vomiting & nausea would just not settle it kept getting worse & I could keep anything down. I was also getting diarrhoea (Sorry TMI) so I was just exhausted & really dehydrated. I was still vomiting a bit last night but feeling ok now. Saw Flynn this morning & he wants me to stay for a few days at least! I'm ok with that though as I just need a break with the vomiting!!

    1st update - got bloods back for today...hcg - 26097, progesterone - 516.7✨🙏

Thought hcg would be over 30000 by now if doubling correctly, but nurse said rising nicely...and I guess it's not exact science? Last Friday hcg was 3989, Friday before 231....will ask fs when I see him.

    Scan moved to 1.30pm today

2nd update - heard heartbeat!!! 110bpm bubs looking good, however started bleeding just before appt. wazza could see our baby, but a tear or rupture near outside of placenta...threatened miscarriage, rushed in for emergency intralipid now and 2 weeks at least of bed rest, no work or even moving out of bed other than to shower or loo, said you have to act like you are in a hospital bed only lying or sitting up in bed...so been very dramatic, but he said our chances are good I just need lots of rest and mum to move in to care take or me stay with her...he moved mountains to get me into hospital this arvo, most incredible doc...called immune doc and waiting to see what he says. Increased progesterone to 400 x 4 a day and added other drugs I will detail later. xx

Hey Kate - so we're both in hospital for diff reasons! Glad you can get some respite from the vomiting. My bleeding & cramps are easing now I'm lying here so I'm starting to calm down...bloody hell the 2 of us are in the wars! Thank god our bubs are looking ok though with strong heartbeats...oh and one bub for us too

    xx to all

Oh Lissy what a scare. Glad you are being looked after & Dr is confident.

I actually just got a small bleed too & anxiety levels have risen. Flynn said he's not too worried because of what he saw on Monday & the fact I've been so sick. It was bright red blood only a little but then just a little brown discharge. Flynn said it could be all the progesterone I'm on that is causing a bit of inflammation. He will scan me next week too. Have a little but of cramping - hope this is normal - maybe it's just in my head. Just need to relax & rest I guess. Lissy have you stopped bleeding?

Wow lissy, how scary for you. It's great that your doc is very positive about it though, that must be comforting. So good that you have your mum to help out too.

And Kate, gee your having a bad run aren't you! Hopefully it goes away soon, or at least when you hit your second tri.

Jen, yeah much more challenging being home where you don't have the midwives at your beck and call. Lucky for me Sofia is a pretty good bub, apart from 9pm when she thinks its time to get up!
    How's Isabelle traveling?

Bleeding stopped at last check...but just been lying on back in car for an hour on way down coast to parents...first stop is toilet when I get there! I've got cramping too, which as you said is way more freaky when there is blood, but we have to remember that we have been cramping a long time and things have been ok. Me on and off since transfer.

Ok just arrived. No more blood, but cramping holy cow, real bad...hoping it's progesterone, but also fs has prescribed something called cyklokapron to aid the healing of the rupture/tear I think as it makes it contract and spasm? I didn't actually hear any of that as I was such a mess, that's just what hubby says the fs said

All good this morn, only tiny dark brown bits in the crinone coming out, which fs says is prob from bleeding 1-2 days ago. No red blood. Checked with wazza this morn about the cyklokapron and understand it's action a bit better now. It's to help heal a tear/rupture in people who bleed easily (I'm on high dose blood thinners)...but just targets the tear. On ultrasound screen tear was running parallel to where the baby's amniotic sack (not sure if that's what it's called now?) so hopefully any further tear will only run up or down, not across to where placenta is forming iykwim.

So all good, got feet up and loving being looked after so well by hubby & family!! And we have a real little bubba now with a heartbeat✨🙏....so excited and happy about that. We can get through these challenges, I am in the best hands. I burst out crying when we saw the little flickering beating heart! It's like nothing else I've ever experienced. Was so scary when we saw the big black hole (I guess the amniotic fluid) and there was this little thing, but then wazza lost sight of it for a minute and said 'this is where it should be', was so scared it wasn't there....then there it was, nice and strong. Then he turned up sound so we could hear it and gave us photos which I have sitting with me at all times...I am in love already!!

How are you doing Kate? Still resting in hospital? Hope so!🌷🌷🌷

    Hi everyone else!😀

Hi Lissy that's good you are on the mend. I'm still in hospital - will be till tomorrow. I just have a bit of brown discharge too & slight cramping. Flynn saw me early this morning & is happy with that. Took me off IV fluids for a bit to see how I go (still taking maxalon). I'm finding in getting nausea every few hrs now & feeling a bit flat after not much sleep. Lunch also turned my stomach so only had a bread roll! Looking forward to going home but also don't want to be sick again.
