    Morning girls,

So I think if the news is no good tomorrow I'm going to change FS. Has anyone else used a FS at QFG. TK you see Flynn don't you?? What are your thoughts on that?

Mustang I'm so sorry that things are looking good i will be keeping my fingers and toes crossed for a good result tomorrow.. If I were in your shoes I would definately change FS and I am another Dr Ong fan mine has been a fairly straight forward case and I got pregnant first go but he is a very knowledgable man and very good at what he does.. Good luck in your decision :-)

As for me not much to report on am on day 4 of jabbing with no side effects yet (touch wood) I didn't get any last time either but am on a higher dose this time because of my low amh so fingers crossed I keep going ok. I went back to work on Monday it's the first time I have been away from my little man, it was only a four hour shift but oh my goodness was it a looooong 4 hours I was doing ok until about the 3 hour mark when I started to miss him really bad.. My boss tried to talk to me at the end of the shift and I told him it would have to wait as I was desperate to get home and squish my little man and I raced out the door, hopefully it gets easier with time or even better would be to win lotto so I don't have to work at all

Hope you all have a great day :-)

    Thanks for the suggestions girls.

For the girls who have had recurrent miscarriages (I've been pregnant 3 times & miscarried all times), what has your FS done about it to improve chances of it sticking???

The prednisone and Hcg were to address my miscarriage history (with the theory being that the NK cells contributed to my body rejecting the pregnancies). Based on advice from Dr Dutt (and my own reading) I also started taking 100mg of aspirin a day.

Ong wanted me to do intralipids as well, but I couldn't because its contraindicated with my peanut allergy.

These were all to 'hold on to' the embryo.

Mustang - I am so sorry. It's such a hard ride. I really hope your little emby has picked up by tomorrow. Given we had twins til about week 6, looking back our baby would have had really low hcg levels in those early days/week but somehow stuck in there. So miracles are possible.

Re Dr Flynn - After 2 rounds/2 miscarriages Dr Flynn increased kates progesterone right from before egg pick up and we had two pregnyl/hcg injections 5 and then 10 days post egg pick up. That was our successful round.

I really like flynny. He always listens to us and makes time for us even on weekends to discuss our plan of attack. I research things and make suggestions to him and he is open and willing to talk those things through. When we told him we wanted Kate on 5 x day progesterone he just said ok and prescribed it. Said you can never overdose on progesterone so he was ok with doing what made us feel better.

Kate are you on CoQ 10? It's meant to help with egg quality and cell energy. We used that for our third round. Flynny said same as odowd that the extra things have not been proven but said we can take what we like up to the start of injections.

Helstar - I am so sorry things are not going well for you. How many frosties do you have?

Sending both you lovely ladies big hugs.

    TK

Ooops! Sorry Kate I meant to say that yea have you had an investigation into Nk cells, checking the uterine lining and shape? It's up to you if you want to change specialists, you need to believe in that person. I'm also a Dr Ong fan and have found that he changed things in all my cycles. I had a lap, 2 hysterscopys, various blood tests. After our miscarriage, he increased our progesterone, and similar to Betty, on our last 2 cycles he added prednislone, aspirin, metformin and I had intralipids, the first time on this mixture gave me a chemical and the second was the one that got us over the line. I also have a list of other 'different' things that I did, which I'm more than happy to share.

I really hope tomorrow gives you different results.

Helstar - am thinking of you, hope you are doing ok

Goldie sorry about the GD, but at least you've seen that you've been keeping your sugars under control. I haven't found it too hard, I've found bread to be the worst thing from me, and find that I peak sometimes for no apparent reason, but have managed so far without insulin. I'm hanging for a slab of choc mud cake though - haha!!
Ps If you like icecream, peters does a low sugar vanilla which I've found doesn't interfere with my sugars a did a great treat!!!
