Default Remembering to take your tablets

    I need help!
I am beyond hopeless at remembering to take tablets I need to take about 8 tablets a day and I always miss them or forget. Im thinking about getting one of those little day by day containers?
Does anybody have any tips that they use?

Seems so trivial but it’s becoming a problem as I really need to keep on top of the tablets.

Could you put them with your cereal if you have that for breakfast or near the kettle if you have tea/coffee in the morning. Or you could keep them near your toothbrush.

I'm hopeless at remembering to take mine and I only have to take one lol.

I always take water to bed so I have most of my tablets there and take them when getting into bed
I think the main thing is having them where you see them often to remind you. How about getting a pill box then putting that next to your toothbrush so you remember when you brush your teeth??
Or a reminder on your phone? I think you can even get pill boxes with alarms on them but no idea where you get them from.

DH has to take warfarin at the same time every day so we have an alarm set on his phone to go off ever day. I now take my tablets at the same time. Would that work for you?

The only reason I remember to take my multi is because it's routine for me now. I get up, have a glass of water with my multi and then my breaky. I don't think I've ever started eating my breaky first without going "hang on....I haven't had my water and multi!".

I have a day by day pill container, as quite often I freak out thinking I have taken my tablets twice because I always forget I've already taken it!

The only way I remember is having them on the bench
(I don't use a day by day container)

U could try a little chart on the fridge and u put a tick on today's date after I've had ur tablets

    Or a phone reminder
