    Default Anyone a lawyer?

So she borrowed the money from the bank on your behalf and you guys are paying it off?

As long as you're making the repayments i don't see how she'll get very far in court seeing as theres no legal documents outlining your agreement.

From the outside the loan is in her name and the repayments are coming out of your account

I'm not a lawyer but I work in debt collection - she'll get nowhere. She signed the contract, whether its for you or not, SHE is liable for the debt, not you.
