    Thanks guys! I have to keep reminding myself that slow and steady wins the race In the past, the weight has fallen off me so quickly so I am often feeling very deflated with how slow it is taking me this time.

    Oops, don't worry too much, today is a brand new day.


    I was reading a trashy mag with an interview with Jillian Michaels today. She was saying that we all have set backs and thats OK. She likened it to getting a flat tire - you don't go and slash the other 3 just because one is flat - you get it fixed and move on.
