A loss of 900gm this week I wasn't even doing the rapid plan 100% either, had ice cream and hot chips during the week so very happy with my loss!

Have been walking my frumpy *** off too, last few days have clocked up 10k a day, in 2 separate walks.

Off for my morning walk soon, and going to do a hilly walk later today too!

    I'm motivated to DO THIS!

Are you eating enough during the day? I overeat if I am tired and have skipped meals, it seems to catch up with me when I finally sit down at the end of the day.

Try sipping a big bottle of water or eating a small handful of almonds. I find these so great to snack on, they are crunchy and sweet and filling. Green tea also helps. It tastes ok, not great though. I found it helped to break my bikkies with tea/coffee habit.

I find eating eggs - boiled eggs tends to fill me up. maybe if you're snacking have a little ready made platter of boiled eggs cut up, carrot sticks, cucumber etc.. that way if you do snack , it's a good snack.

I take Seroquel of a night and it is this medication giving me the munchies, half the time I am eating late night, half asleep. Evil meds for weight gain but it is working emotionally
