I've had some weird belly pain as well, moving over in bed feels like a massive strain but also I find myself rubbing the sides of my belly when I feel a bit sore. Thought it was just me I read that in these weeks the uterus and bowel are doing some weird moving and expanding could that be it?

I'm going to my GP tomorrow to find out all of the goss about these early stages. My ob is also my IVF specialist so except for doing the scans I haven't had any "how to" on how to cope with first trimester. Like my favourite thing to do to relax is to have a bath- I was having 2-3 a week! Then my physio told me baths are a no no in first trimester. Fail!

I think baths are ok as long as they are not too hot. I'm going to start having some. My low back has started to hurt off & on. Now my belly is popping out.

That's what I worry about what is "too hot" so I'm trying to cancel them out as much as possible

I read that the sudden warm temp can drop your blood pressure which can make you feel rotten.

Blood pressure is one thing to worry about as well but if bub gets too hot inside they can't cool down which can cause miscarriage in 1st trimester and brain damage later on, one midwife said to my sister she couldn't have bath any hotter than 28 deg otherwise she would "cook" the baby
