I'm still torn whether to get a video or not. It may be something I buy down the track I think.

What a hectic night! I have just done a double shift starting in labour ward with twins at lunch, and I have just gotten home after finally getting two retrieval teams out after the twins needed respiratory support and transfer. No wee, food or drink since lunchtime and it is now 4:30 am! My poor baby looking after everyone else's and mine is neglected! On the flip side I did a quick scan on myself between baby cares in the nursery and my bubba was kicking away, sucking its thumb. I can't believe how big it is!! Can't wait to start feeling movements!

I am weaning off progesterone, very nervous as I've been told not to check my bloods as I'll only worry. Is anyone else still checking progesterone levels around 14 weeks?

    Hey Bindy

I was taken off the progesterone the day of my bFp and I freaked and the FNs said it would be fine. Your 14 weeks now so the placenta is producing progesterone too so it should fine

    Beautiful bubs Nancy

I have no advice on the progesterone Bindy as I did a completely natural FET cycle with no drugs at all. I'm sure it will all be fine and make sure you get some time to eat and drink.

    Default Progesterone

    Hi Bindy
My clinic (QFG) stopped my progesterone at 4w preg! I didn't even know that this was an issue - until I had a big bleed at 10 weeks and my OBGyn freaked out and put me back on it. So I rang my clinic and spoke to my specialist - he (25yrs experience in IVF) said - 'there is no evidence to support ongoing progesterone use to support the pregnancy, unless you are proven to have a deficiency'. So then I did my own research and revealed the same results.
Nevertheless, I am still on them as my OBGyn insisted - and it can't hurt. But for you, dont stress - especially at 14 weeks your placenta will be doing it's job - lucky you!
Sounds like you had a revolting shift! I used to love a double shift (ED nurse), but since I found out I was pregnant - I just can't do them!
Take care of yourself at this exciting time!

    Beautiful baby Nancy!!

    Great NT results bedlover.

Torie I'd definitely catch a train, traffic will be a nightmare at that time. The trains are pretty frequent and will be about $12 each. Check out www.131500.info
