    Default Re: Quit smoking

Something that helped and is helping me is this.

I started smoking ten years ago. In that time, I've spent roughly 50,000 dollars on cigarettes. I'm wanting to buy a house outright. That was. Tonne of money to waste.

The other way I'm coping with smoking is every time I get a craving for one, I write down every little thing I want to buy or do or see instead of smoking.
I also decided I enjoyed running and to be an effective runner I need to have fully working lungs.

Df and I had a huge argument yesterday and I've had 3 since then, so I call that a win. It used to be I would have had a lot more than that. :-D

Thats a good idea! I might write down all the things I want to buy and how much I have spent and tape it to my front door so before I go outside I can read it and then think do I really need it. Im determind to quit smoking I have had enough of it and I just gotta learn to be a non smoker
