    Default Re: Quit smoking

Dp just came home smelling like smoke. Im ****ed off! But im trying to calm down and relax by having a nice spa bath and telling him to go away when he comes in. I am calm, I can do this, I no longer smoke, I am strong. Ahhh deep breathes time for bubbles!

    Default Quit smoking

Reward yourself, create milestones & when you reach them make sure you buy yourself something nice

Work out how much money both you & your hubby will save, is it enough for a holiday

Try to have healthy snacks around the house, I found grapes good

    Good Luck

i took champix, best thing i did & gave up for 7mths worst thing i did was buy a pkt after a huge fight with DF. That was 3 weeks ago.
I read somewhere that if you get yourself a colouring book and pencils, everytime you feel like a smoke colour a page. By the time your finished the craving is gone.
    good luck

Don't beat yourself up over it. Just take it a day at a time. Giving up is really hard but you can do it !!

Not good lol im replying with a smoke in my hand .
The last couple days been horrid. Our air con broke and me + heat = angry, tired and stressed. So of course instead of trying to keep cool I go out into the heat to realise stress. Hopefully the weather cools down so I can keep my cool and not stress and get angry at everything. Taking it 1 day at a time and start doing little goals like dont smoke for a hour then dont smoke for 2 hours. Watch a whole movie without pausing little things like that. I just want my air con back!!!!!! Lol
