If you press go advanced, you'll get an attachment icon in your toolbar of your message window. If your scan has been saved as a jpeg file, you can press +file when you go to the attachment screen and browse for it then press attach

When you press reply - it comes up with a window to type in. Underneath the window is the emoticons, then underneath them - there's three boxes - post quick reply, go advanced and cancel.

This is on a pc. If you're on a phone you won't have those choices.

Okay - I was just trying something.

    To do that, I:
    • Click reply
    • click go advanced
      • scroll down to additional options
      • manage attachments
      • this should open another window with the option to browse for a pic on your pc.
      • once you have the window - select the pic, then move it down to the "select" part of the active screen
      • Click insert inline
      • You should be back here now.

Mrs07 - I have just been battling the same thing the last day! If you click 'go advanced', then click the LITTLE PAPERCLIP icon, that lets you upload a photo from your computer!
