Night person here. Every morning I'm so tired and it's a struggle to get but of bed then by nightfall I'm wide awake and can't get to sleep til well after a decent time. It's a vicious cycle really lol. I have improved though before dd I couldn't function on less then 9 hrs sleep now I can go for around 6-7. And 8am is a decent sleep in whereas it used to be 1030 lol.
