Default Are you a Night Person or a Morning Person?

Night. But I still go to bed early, I just don't like waking up. If I could sleep all day, I would.

I was once a night owl.
I would stay up until 1am-ish but now I have uni starting in a couple of weeks so ive been doing a new routine for myself.
I get up at 6am, get ready, drop ds off at daycare by 7:30am. then do whatever then pick ds up at 5:30pm. (this gets both him and I ready for when I start) then I do dinner and baths and ds is asleep by 9pm. then I go to bed.

I'm totally a morning person. Though my early rises for work (5:30am) five days a week have been a bit of a struggle of late I'm just feeling so worn out.

I rarely stay up beyond 10:30pm at night.

Definitely a night owl. But thankfully DH does the morning shift when the boys wake up early. They bond watching sport on the tv while I snooze that extra half hr or so.

Pre kids I hated mornings, I was a night person.

Now I love mornings, love getting up at 5am. Sleeping later than 6am is late and a waste of the morning to me. Never thought I would be a morning person but I am now and truelly feel good for it. I'm in bed by 10pm.

This! But I've always been a morning person.

    Night.

Nothing so far has changed that. I also need 9 hours of sleep to feel my best. Any more than 10 and I'm awful, any less than 7 and I'm awful. 9 is perfect. I rarely get that though... Lol.

I love my job because I'm working from 12 to 8 or something... It takes me a good few hours to even wake up so I work best working later.

My bedtime is about 12 and I get up at 7 for school, and on work Saturdays (9 to 5 then).

If the world catered to my sleeping I would probably go to bed about 2 up at 10.
