Default Are you a Night Person or a Morning Person?

I am most definitely a night person. I might not go to bed until 1am and suffer so badly from it the next day.

I usually am so dead tired at about 5pm then get my second wind at about 8pm and cant sleep so keeps going this endless cycle.

So my question: are you a night or morning person and has anyone been able to break this horrible habit?

LOL I just started a thread about not being able to sleep! I am definitely a night person, I could easily enjoy myself staying up till 12 - 1am, but usually feel like sh!t the next morning. I miss the days when I was a teenager, I could sleep from 8pm to 10am easily!

I am a night person and always have been, I used to work nights too which I think added to it.

I am working to change it at the moment before bub #3 arrives. Most nights I try to make sure I'm in bed by 10:30pm and I turn my phone off and no tv etc and I try to get up when my kids do at 5:30. I'm also not allowing myself to have a nap cos That just assures that I will be awake later that night.

I tell ya, the no nap part is hard! Lol
