Maybe baby have u tried relaxation before bed. I know it seems silly but I find it settles me and i sleep better that in combination with stretching before bed.

    Toni and ftm! Emotions are
So frustrating I cried at work for the first time ever the other day! I couldn't believe it.

Sorry as I am on my phone it will take me a couple of messages to catch up and do personals

SageS: I haven't cried at work yet thankfully but have got very cranky. Unfortunately it means some friends are no longer visiting (even those who have had kids and therefore know what the rollercoaster is like) Oh well bub will be worth all the crazy emotions. And I agree, love feeling bub moving. Glad you are enjoying that

MissX so glad your scan went swimmingly!

Just over 27 weeks and the restless legs have started when trying to sleep!
