Hansmum, I was 6 weeks and 3 days. I passed a big clot that was different to the others and I just knew it was the baby. I had cramps for a a good few hours afterwards. And some more the next day, but not as intense.

I'm so sorry. It's really, really tough isn't it? Are you ok?

I decided that today was going to be all about me. I've been treating myself all day. Tomorrow is the day that I move on. I'm going back to work and I'm going to start looking forward to what will be, not what might have been.

    Default Possibly miscarrying

The liver looking clot would be placenta. Sometimes the sac (baby) comes out already broken apart. Mine came our whole oval blue/black very tough about 3cm long 2cn wide. You will know that have passed everything when bleeding almost stops completly and turns brown and when cramps stop. xxx
This is tmi, but I scooped out of loo and we buried in the backyard

went to the Drs today. She was amazed at some of the tests the emergency dept did last friday saying they were very unnecessary but they found nothing at all. Ive got to go for an ultrasound tomorrow then back to the Drs to discuss if I need a d&c ( fingers crossed I dont) . She was also telling me becuase Ive had 2 miscarriages the chances of having more are high. If we want to try again for a baby I have to see a specialist who will try and find out why Im miscarrying. I really would like to find out not sure my partner wants me to go through test after test, but if theres a reason that I can fix I really want to have a go.

Had my ultrasound today, it was so heartbreaking not seeing the tiny blob we saw last week with a heart beat but we knew with all the bleeding it couldnt possibly have survived. There is still some baby tissue I guess youd call it in my uterus but Im still bleeding and passing lots of clots so waiting until next week for yet another ultrasound to see if it has all come out. Then if it hasnt I'll have a d&c.
My Dr is fantastic, she has organised lots of tests (bloods) to try and help us find out why im miscarrying. My dp also is having some bloods done too.
I wish this miscarriage was over already, I could have a d&c but its all happening on its own atm just god damn slowly.
