Yep Goblin. They are only 70 cals per wrap, so the equivalent of one slice of bread but don't have the preservatives and crap in them that bread does. You can use them as a base for pizza, pies etc too

I need to join up. 10 kgs to loose- but I suck at exercise so will need all the motivation I can get.
Im going to try and cut sugars (aside from fresh fruit) and portion control to start with, then when that's on track start upping the exercise. I'm afraid I'm setting myself up for failure if I overdo it all at once. Been there done that. So it's a month of cleaning up my diet and making that habit, then increasing exercise.
