Feel free to start a thread to use as your blog for the duration of the challenge. I've just started mine! There is no requirement for you to tell everyone your weight or measurements, just do what you're comfortable with. I absolutely encourage everyone to take measurements, though. Before you even think about stepping on the scales, you need to have measurements because there WILL be weeks where you've lost fat and gained muscle which won't show on the scales and it's easy to get disappointed when that happens unless you've got measurements to show yourself that you've lost size!
