    yay my kinda thread
Gonna post mine and then read the whole thread, lets see how many I remember without having to be reminded from pp's

In no particular order... except that Nirvana will be first, because... well duh

    Nirvana
    Korn
    Pearl Jam
    Faith No More
Gunners! (Saw them at the thunderdome, '92 I think it was!)
    Hole
Foo Fighters (were better in the 90's)
    RHCP (as above)
    Silverchair
    Metallica
    Pantera
Stone Temple Pilots (my sig below qoutes a line from their song, "Creep")
    Soundgarden
Warrant (I have them on vinyl!!!!)
    Motley Crue
    Eurythmics (they span decades though)
    Ozzy

That's all I can think of right of right now.... off to read the entire thread and will no doubt be reminded of more!

You and I would be great friends IRL And I am thoroughly ashamed of myself for forgetting to mention Alice In Chains, still in my top 5 all time fave bands today!

    Default Favourite 90's bands

Ooh, also remembering my druggie/partying days at the end of the 90s

    Jamiroquai
    Fatboy Slim
    Chemical Brothers
    NIN
That 3am Til I Come song
    That Theophilus Thistler song
and of course Killing in the Name Of!

Also, re Filter's Take A Picture, I always used to fully feel like I connected with that song cos of the bridge bit where he sings 'hey, dad, what do you think about your son now?' because of my sad and pathetic relationship with my dad.

Then I read an interview where I found out the whole song was just about a nudie run in a plane. Ripped off!
