    Default Whooping cough - HELP!

I have a 2 week old baby. I am due to see my mum tomorrow (who had her immunization against WC about a week ago) my sister and her kids live with my mum. My sister told me today that there has been a confirmed case of WC at her kids daycare - they are 3.5yrs old so haven't had their 4 yo needles yet (the WC case was not one of her kids). My sister and her kids won't be home when I visit, but I am still worried.

Am I over reacting - is it safe for me to visit my mum?
