    The vomiting and crying can be normal. Please don't put off going to the drs. The sooner you get help the better things will get for you and your kids. They will still probably pick up on it all even if you are walking away to cry. Pm me if you want someone to talk to

    Please go and see your gp as soon as you can. You're not a failure, you are suffering from anxiety and it's not something you can choose to just stop. I've suffered with chronic anxiety on and off my whole life. I currently take meds and saw a psychologist ( through the mental health plan from the gp) about 18 months ago and she was wonderful. No one is going to make you feel like a loony because you're not one. Feel free to pm me, I know how debilitating anxiety can be. Big hugs.
