    Default Carers payment

Hello, I was just wondering how I go about applying for a carers payment for my son. He has a few different minor conditions like a heart defect, speech problems, but the major one we haven't got a diagnoses for yet. He has aggression and lashing out issues requires one on one carer at school and is going to have to start seeing a psychologist. I have him involved with early intervention and he is going to also start seeing an ot specialist soon. It's all very draining but well worth it I just want to give him all the very best but don't know if I will qualify or how I go about applying for a carers payment.
