Default Size 3 hard soles shoes for narrow foot?

I'm struggling to find Size 3 shoes for my little girl who is 17 months old. She has a small foot and there are lots of soft soles shoes but I can't find any harder ones and ones that are narrow.

I've been to the usual: kmart (usually too wide), myer, big w, target (not bad) etc even online stores.

Can anyone tell me where I can get some reasonably priced size 3 hard sole shoes that fit a narrow foot (in Perth or online)?

Default Size 3 hard soles shoes for narrow foot?

DS has extremely small feet too. At 23 months he almost fits perfectly into a size 4! His paediatrician wanted him in hard soled shoes from a young age. We really struggled because his feet are so tiny.

We now order most of his shoes from the US where the selection is huge. Try amazon.com you can choose shoes that offer direct international shipping if you don't use a shipping service. Then you can narrow things down I.e. girls shoe, type of shoe, colours etc.

    Happy shopping!

My nearly 3 year old has just gone into size 5.... So we had 18 months of finding hard soled shoes- for pretty sandals try amazon, everyday runners we bought Adidas or Nike (only hard soled size 3 shoes we could find) and for beach sandals Adidas again. We went to factory outlets to buy the Adidas or Nike runners/beach sandals

Just remembered we got a pair of hard soled silver sandals from mathers last summer as a clearance item.
