Default Formula poos.... Awesome i know!

A couple of questions... My boy is almost 6wks old and exclusively formula fed....

Is it normal for his poos to be different sometimes? Sometimes they are mustardy colour sometimes dark green......

Also the smell changes... Sometimes rotton eggs, sometimes not so offensive.....

And he only does small poops often.....

Probably silly questions but if he is only having the same formula all the time is such variation normal?????????

First time formula feeding and so grateful to have a section on the forum just for this!

What would be a concern, is if they are frothy or bubbly looking at all? Or particularly runny? That could be a sign of lactose intolerance or cows milk protein intolerance.

If you are concerned, you can go to the GP. The fact it can smell so offensive is worrying to me - it shouldn't smell great; but it shouldn't be overly offensive either.
